Perhaps we should update their info about us. It seems 3 or 4 years old. The same is true for the satellite photos but that is more of a problem for Google Maps, hitta.se and eniro.se !

Hello, I am the site founder of AirparkLiving.org. Here is the direct link to the Siljan Airpark page on the site:

I just updated the airpark details to match what is shown on your site, including the lat/lng so the satellite photo is centered on the runway. Is there any other information that needs to be updated?

I would also like to invite you to introduce yourself on the Airpark Living forum and perhaps post some information about your airpark along with pictures. It would be interesting to hear about your flying experiences living in Sweden and flying around Europe.

Hello Jens, thank you for updating our information. I have also registered myself on your forum (and dropped some text and photos there).
Just out of curiosity: Your name sounds Scandinavian - do you have connections to this part of the world ?

Jens - thanks for updating!

It is a shame the google maps pictures are not more up to date. This picture is taken 2006 when we had only 1 house! Today we have 27 plots built and many more that are coming up in the next coming future.

Regards,

Johan

Yes, my great-great grandfather on my father's side came over to the States from Sweden and I also have Swedish blood on my mother's side. I have yet to visit Scandinavia, but I hope to do so at some point during my life.
