Siljan AirPark is a unity consisting of a number of co-operating parts. Besides being an airfield for general aviation and a popular visitors’ destination several projects of development and demonstration are conducted by the organizations based on Siljan AirPark. Most often the projects are innovative and reach from projects of technical development through projects with a social educational perspective or tourist trade. Co-operation is and will tak place with different educational institutions in the Siljan region and a number of international co-operational projects are established. Siljan AirPark is intend to be one of the largest destinations for tourists around Lake Siljan.

Siljansnäs Flying Club
Siljansnäs Flying Club is an active flying club for the citizens of Siljan AirPark as well as for members and guests from all over the world. The flying club offers glider as well as ultra light flight training. Even try’n-fly is offered and members of the flying club may rent aircrafts. Siljansnäs Flying Club is one of the largest in Sweden and is responsible for the flying activities on the airfield.

Siljan AirPark village
Siljan AirPark village is a thematic community inhabited by aviators from a dozen countries. The community comprises homes, hangars, and smaller workshops and even small gardens. The community has its own tradesmen’s association with several smaller enterprises running their activities in Siljan AirPark.

Siljan AirPark House Owners’ Association (SAPS)
Siljan AirPark House Owners’ Association (SAPS) is the owner and the manager of the airfield including its roads, taxiways, sewerage and other common infra structure outside and between the individual plots. SAPS comprises the plot owners including the flying club, private plot owners and Siljan Flying Circus.

Siljan Flying Circus
Siljan Flying Circus is a world unique event which is even conducting different educational and development projects. Here the visitor may experience activities like exciting and spectacular theatre in an environment from the turn of the 20th century. But even when there is a break in the theatre performances the visitor may wander around on interesting and exciting event grounds and may become acquainted with the famous flying ace Biggles and even try to sit in his airplane. Walking among the scenery in the theatre is like visiting e.g. Universal Studios in Hollywood in miniature. The difference is that in Siljan Flying Circus you are allowed to touch and try everything. Accommodations are even available on the grounds, either in the camping site or in the houses or cabins. The French-German restaurant in Siljan Flying Circus offers the visitor the opportunity of a gastronomic meal-experience which may be served either inside the turn-of-the-century-castle or out-doors on the large terrace with a fantastic view over the spectacular theatre arena. The visitors may even shop big or small souvenirs and thus immortalize their experience. What about a “pedal-plane” for the grandchildren?
